  1. 2 cupschickpeas
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 5green chillies
  4. 1 pinchasafoetida
  5. 1 pinchcumin
  6. 1 pinchblack pepper
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspcoriander
  9. salt as per taste
  10. 8 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the chickpeas over night. Pressure cook them by adding water. Make a paste of tomato and chillies.Add all the spices to the paste.

    In a pan add oil. Heat it up. Add asafoetida, cumin and black pepper. Mix it.add paste and stir fry it well for 5minutes. After that add water and cook it. Now add chickpeas and allow it to cook for 5minutes. Garnish with coriander.
