Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupbesan/gram flour
  3. 1 cupraw dal
  4. 1medium onion chopped
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspaamchur (dry mango)powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tspcoriander leaves
  10. 1green chilli chopped
  11. 1 tspAjwain/carom seeds
  12. as neededWater
  13. For frying
  14. As neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add flour, Besan Dal, coriander leaves, coriander powder, red chilli powder,Salt, aamchur, ajwain, and other ingredients.

    Pour a water as needed and knead a dough. Keep it aside for 20 min.

    Pinch a ball size dough,and dust some wheat dough,roll in circle.

  4. 4

    On a hot tawa place the roll paratha and cook well both side. Frying it with little bit oil or ghee.

    Finally serve your paratha with curd and butter.
