Ingredients

  1. For daal
  2. 1 bowlmoong daal
  3. 5 bowlwater
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1 tspcoriander powder
  7. 1onion chopped
  8. 2tomato chopped
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  11. 2 tbspghee
  12. For rice
  13. 1 glassrice
  14. 2 glasswater
  15. 1 tspsalt
  16. To tasteblack pepper
  17. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  18. 2 tbspoil
  19. For prathan
  20. 1 bowlwheat flour dough
  21. To tastesalt
  22. To tastered chilli powder
  23. As neededghee

Cooking Instructions

    For daal

    Take a pressure cooker add ghee

  3. 3

    Add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste

  4. 4

    Add onion, tomato and saute it

  5. 5

    Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well

  6. 6

    Add water and daal and cover the lid and cook it till 4-5 whistle

  7. 7

    For rice

    Take a pressure cooker add ghee, cumin seeds

  9. 9

    Add water, rice, salt, black pepper and cover the lif and cook it for half whistle

  10. 10

    For whistle

    Take a small ball from the dough and roll it with rolling pin and grease it

  12. 12

    Sprinkle the salt, red chilli powder and cover it and again roll it

  13. 13

    Heat the tawa and apply ghee and roast it from both side and roll it

  14. 14

    Garnish it and serve it

Superb.. pls correct the heading as rice and chawal is same.. wrongly written instead of chapati
