Spinach and Mushroom WFH Stir Fry

Ingredients

  1. 1-2large portobello mushrooms
  2. as neededGarlic granules
  3. 1 tspSmoked paprika
  4. handfulLarge spinach
  5. 2 tspSunflower seeds to garnish
  6. 2 tspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add just enough oil to lightly grease your frying pan and add your chopped mushrooms on a medium heat.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle with garlic granules and smoked paprika to your liking. Fry until the mushrooms start to release their liquid then turn the heat up and add your spinach.

  3. 3

    Continue to cook for a few more minutes until the spinach is wilted. Season with salt and pepper and top with sunflower seeds to serve.
