Ingredients

6/7 servings
  1. 5 cupsflour
  2. 3/4 cupsugar
  3. 1 tbspyeast
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 tspvanilla essence
  6. 100 gmbutter unsalted
  7. 1/4 tspsalt
  8. Milk lukewarm as req
  9. Oil for frying
  10. For frosting
  11. 2diarymilk bars
  12. 1/2 cupmilk
  13. 1 tbspcocoapowder
  14. For Decoration
  15. Sprinkles as req

Cooking Instructions

    Mix butter, yeast salt in flour. Beat 2eggs with vanilla essence, sugar &add in flour. Knead it with Lukewarm milk. I use 1.cup milk to knead dough. You can use more or less.

    Cover the dough inairtight box and leave to rise for 1hr.

    Take out dough. Make balls out of dough. Give shape of donuts. Cover again with samp cloth and leave for30 min.

    Heat oil at medium flame. Fry donut from both sides. Take out when golden.

    To make frosting. Mix coco powder in milk. Add small pieces of chocolate in milk. Heat at medium flame til thick. A glossy shine appears & sauce thickens. Then turn off heat.

    Dip each donut in sauce from one side. Leave to cool so that frosting sticks on donut. Pour over sprinkles as you like.

    Serve yummy donuts with tea or coffee & enjoy.
