Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 bowlscooked rice
  2. 1/2 cupcoconut milk
  3. 2fresh red chillies chopped
  4. 1/2 cupbeans cooked
  5. 1/2 cupcarrots cooked
  6. 1onion sliced
  7. 2garlic pods, chopped finely
  8. 2 tsppeanuts coarsely chopped
  9. 2 tspoil
  10. 2 tspsoya sauce
  11. as neededSalt
  12. 2 tspcoriander leaves finely chopped
  13. 1/2 tsppepper powder
  14. 1 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan add garlic onions and stir.

  2. 2

    Then add carrots,beans,red chillies and cook for a while.

  3. 3

    Add coconut milk and mix it well then add rice and soya sauce, pepper powder and add salt if needed mix altogether.

    Now add fresh coriander leaves, chopped peanuts,lime juice and mix and spicy thai fried rice is ready.
