Ingredients

  1. For Stuffing
  2. 8-10onions
  3. 2boiled potatoes
  4. 3 tbsproasted gram sattu
  5. 3-4green chillies
  6. 7-8Garlic pods
  7. 1 inchGinger piece
  8. 2 tbsphomemade Kachori masala
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. 2-3 tspoil
  11. 1/4 tspAsafoetida
  12. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  13. 1 tspred chilli powder
  14. 1 tspCoriander cumin powder
  15. 2 tspaamchur (dry mango)powder
  16. 2 tspChopped coriander leaves
  17. For Dough
  18. 1 cupmaida/ All-purpose flour
  19. to tasteSalt
  20. 2 tbspoil
  21. as neededWater
  22. For Kachoris
  23. 1 cupDough
  24. as neededPyaaz(onion) Stuffing
  25. as neededOil for frying
  26. Serving
  27. 4 tspSpicy Green Chutney
  28. 5 tspTamarind-dates chutney

Cooking Instructions

    For Stuffing: Take Chilli cutter add Chillies, garlic and ginger. Crush it. Peel and wash the onions.

    Chopped finely. Take a pan on low flame. Add oil, asafoetida, Chopped onions.

    Saute it till get transparent. Add crush ginger garlic green chilli paste. Saute it for a min. Add coriandor cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.

    With Kachori masala, gram Sattu. Mix it well.

    Add smash boil potatoes. Mix it add dry mango powder, salt.

    Mix it and now add chopped coriander leaves. Keep a side.

    For Dough: Take kneading plate add flour, salt, oil and water knead soft dough. Cover it and keep a side.

    For Kachoris:. Get stuffing and dough ready. Take a pan on low flame and add oil. Make lemon size dough balls. Flatten with hands. Place 1 tbsp stuffing.

    Sealed it and flatten it with hand. Put it in hot oil put the flame on low mediu. Slowly Kachoris will float on oil.

    Than turn it. Fry it from both the sides in golden. Make all Kachoris and serve with spicy green chutney and termarind-dates chutney. Enjoy the Delicious taste of Kachoris.
