  1. 1 cupbesan/gram flour
  2. 1 1/2 tsp fine semolina
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  6. 2 tspsugar
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 3finely chopped green chillies
  9. 1 tbsplemon juice
  10. 1 tspplain flavour eno
  11. As neededWater
  12. 1 inchginger
  13. For tempering
  14. 1 tbspoil
  15. as neededWater
  16. 1 tspmustard seeds
  17. 2 tspCurry leaves
  18. 2-3 tspsugar
  19. 2Green chillies
  20. Pinchsalt
  21. For garnishing
  22. 2 tspcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    As per measurement,In mixing bowl add besan,semolina curd,salt as per taste,turmeric powder,oil,sugar,green chilli,add lemon juice and mix well.(if water require add water)

    Rest for 15 mints

    Heat steamer with 1and 1/2 glass water.grease container with oil

  4. 4

    After 15 mints later,again mix batter in same direction.Add eno and put 1 tsp water on to active eno again mix well

  5. 5

    Put batter in container and tap 2 to 3 times for remove bubbles

  6. 6

    Steam better for next 20 mints on low medium flame.after 20 mints check with knife it's nicely cook or not.if knife not come clean again cook for more 5 to 7 mints.

    For tempering,in pan add oil,mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chillies,add water and put sugar mix well and put pinch of salt.

    Cut dhokla in square shape.spread all ingredients on dokla.

    For chutney,cut side edges of dokla.put in mixer jar add coriander leaves,lemon juice,sugar,green chillies,salt,ginger and grind

    Here our homemade dokla with chutney ready to eat😍😋
