Ingredients

  1. 2 cup gram flour
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 2onion medium size
  4. 5-6garlic cloves
  5. 8-10curry leaves
  6. 1/2 Tsp fenugreak seeds
  7. 1/2 Tspmustard seeds
  8. 1/2 Tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 Tspred chilli powder
  10. pinchhing/ asafoetida
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. As neededRefined oil
  13. 2 tbsp desi ghee
  14. 1 cup basmati rice

Cooking Instructions

    In a bawl add 1 cup gram floor, hing 2 pinch salt add some water make a smooth better for pakoda..

    Heat a pan add oil, oil is heat drop the small small pakoda in heat oil and deep fry both sides..

    In a jar left gram floor,water and curd mix well as a smooth better..

    Next in a pan add 2 tbs oil oil is heat add fenugreak seeds, turmeric powder and mix gram floor and curd mixture and add some water as par required and stair continuously till the mixture boiled.

    When mixture boiled add salt to taste and pakodas.. Boiled more 7-8 minutes and switch off the flame..

    Cut the onion in fine slices and chopped garlic..

    In pan heat desi ghee add mustard seed and garlic fry them till light brown after that add onions and curry leaves fry till light brown also add red chilli powder switch off the flame add mixture into kabhi.. Mix well.

    Rice- in a bowl wash rice 2-3 times. Heat a pan add 1 tsp oil add rice fry 3-4 min add 2.1/2 cup water cover with led cook for 12-15 mins..

    Kabhi chawal is ready to serve..
