    Perboil the beans And keep aside

    Parboil the rice and keep aside

  3. 3

    In a pot fry the onion,tomatoes,pepper with palm oil

  4. 4

    Add curry, Maggi, salt and dry fish and fry meat

  5. 5

    Fry for few minutes

  6. 6

    Add the beans and rice

  7. 7

    Leave in a low heat for 5 to 7 minutes

  8. 8

    It's done garnish with string onions
