Ingredients

  1. 4 cupswhite rice
  2. 1 tbspnyeast
  3. 1tspn bakng powder
  4. 1tspn salt
  5. 1/4 cupsuger
  6. oil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak your rice for 30-40 minutes

    Blend the rice.In another bowl put 1 cup of ur batter and pour a hot water to make a pap

    Allow it to cool then pour in to ur rice batter and whisk

    Add yeast and allow to rise for 1 hrs

    After 1 hr add ur b.P,salt and suger.heat ur non stick pan Add 1 tspn oil and pour 1 cup of ur rice mixture and cover it.(dnt flip)Fry in a low heat
