Ingredients

  1. 1 cupragi flour
  2. 1 cuppeanuts
  3. 1 cupdates
  4. 4 tbsp coconut powder
  5. 5cardmons

Cooking Instructions

    Heat pan and roast the ragi flour till nice aroma.

    Roast coconut powder, not to change the colour.

  3. 3

    In mixi jar add dates,peanut,cardmom and grind it to powder.

  4. 4

    To that powder add roasted ragi and coconut powder and grind so as to mix properly.

  5. 5

    Take out grind powder on a plate and shape in modak or laddu, Protein modak/laddus are ready
