  1. beef 1 pao
  2. 1/2 cupChane ki daal
  3. 1/2kilo Gehun
  4. 1/2 Tea spoonhaldi
  5. 1/2 Tea spoongaram masala powder
  6. 1 1/2 TspGinger garlic paste
  7. 1 Tspshan haleem masala
  8. 1 TspRed chilli powder
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 1 cupoil
  11. For baghar:-
  12. oil as required
  13. Red onion for decoration

Cooking Instructions

    Phele oil ko garam krlen usmai ginger garlic paste daal dein aur ghosht daal dein.

    Phir usai bhun lein phir usmai sare spices daal dein haleem masale kai phir pani daal kai usai ghosht galane kai liye rakh dijiye.

    Phir gehun or daal dal ke ubal lijiye.

  4. 4

    Jub ghosht bhunne pe ajaye to ubli hui daal aur gehun usmaidaal dein aur use ghot lein.

    Phir baghar laga lein.

    Mazedar si haleem tayyar...
