Ingredients

  1. Beans
  2. Red chill pepper
  3. Red ball pepper
  4. Scotch bonnet
  5. Crayfish
  6. Egg
  7. Tomato
  8. Onions
  9. cubesSeasoning
  10. Warm or boiled water
  11. Vegetable oil
  12. Palm oil

Cooking Instructions

    Pick all the dirty beans and stones wash it and remove the back, add your red chill pepper, red ball pepper, onions and crayfish then blend till smooth.

    Mix for like five minutes to incorporate air inside, add your seasoning cubes, diced tomatoes, add your vegetable and palm oil and onions mix it again then check if their is need to add more water then add your warm or boiled water.

    Wash your leaf then cut it stem out, put your pot on fire with little water and then add the cut steam to it, now fold your down leaf add the beans mixture and fold the upper part of the leaf, place it in the pot and repeat for the rest of the beans mixture.

    Cook it for like 20 to 25 minutes and its done
