Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 5medium beef fillets cut into smaller pieces
  2. 3diced potatoes
  3. 2medium carrots diced
  4. 2 tbsptomato paste
  5. 2bayleaves
  6. Mixed spices
  7. Curry
  8. Curry masala
  9. Salt
  10. cubeStock
  11. 1scotch bonnet
  12. 4green beans cut into two
  13. 2medium Onions
  14. 1/8 tspblack pepper
  15. 1/2 tspGinger and garlic paste
  16. 1small green bell pepper
  17. 1 1/2 cupwater add if necessary

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare your ingredients. Heat little oil and fry your beef with little salt until tender

    Add your onions

  3. 3

    Bayleaves and all your spices fry for 5mins then add your carrots green beans and potatoes

  4. 4

    Add water, tomato paste stock cube and mix

  5. 5

    Add 1/2 tbsp butter and cover to cook for 15-20mins. After you're done turn off flame then add in your diced green bell pepper and cover for 5mins

    And here we gaaaaoo again😋😋. Best served warm. Can also serve over rice, couscous or any other meal of your choice.
