Ingredients

  1. 250 GMBhindi
  2. 1 TspGaram Masala Powder
  3. 1 TspTurmeric Powder
  4. 1 TspBlack Salt
  5. 1 TspBlack Pepper Powder
  6. 1 TspSugar
  7. Mustard Oil to Cook

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Bhindis. Pat them dry.

  2. 2

    Cut the top and bottom part of the bhindis

  3. 3

    Then slit the bhindis vertically.

  4. 4

    Put all masala in a bowl. Whisk everything.

  5. 5

    Stuff each bhindi with the ground spices.

  6. 6

    Put mustard oil in pan. Put the masala stuffed bhindis in the pan.

  7. 7

    Fry them till the bhindis become golden brown. Transfer to a plate, serve hot.
