Ingredients

  1. 1broccoli
  2. 1/2cauliflower
  3. 2Zucchini
  4. 1tomato
  5. 1onion
  6. 2small chillies
  7. 1medium size pumpkin
  8. Salt
  9. Black pepper
  10. Tumeric
  11. Royco
  12. Coconut milk
  13. Ginger
  14. Garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all your ingredients.

    Cut them to pieces. Place a sauce pan on the stove, heat the oil. Add in the onions, ginger and garlic and let cook to golden brown.

    Add in all the vegetables except pumpkin. Pour your milk, add the pepper, tumeric and salt. Cover and let simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add the pumpkin, stir well to mix then cover for 10 minutes.

    Remove from heat and serve. Enjoy on its own or with rice.😋😋
