  1. 1 tspoil
  2. 1 tbspButter
  3. 1tap Ginger paste
  4. 1 tbspGarlic Paste
  5. 1/2 tspGreen Chilly Paste
  6. 2Onion Paste
  7. 2Tomato Paste
  8. Salt to taste (beware of saltiness cheese)
  9. 1 tspKashmiri Red Chilly Powder
  10. 1/2 tspGaram Masala
  11. 1 tspKitchen King Masala
  12. 1/4 tspHaldi Powder
  13. 1&1/2 Coriander leaves
  14. 1/2cup Fresh cream/Malai
  15. 150ગ્રામ Grated Cheese
  16. 1 tbspKasoori Methi
  17. 150ગ્રામ Diced cheese
  18. Extra cheese for Garnish

    Add oil and butter in the pan & let it melt.Then add Garlic, ginger and Green chilly paste. Saute it. Then add 2 onion paste.

    Then add tomato paste. Let extra water burn. While add spices add kashmiri red chilly, garam masala, kitchen king masala, haldi, salt to taste(beware of saltiness of cheese). Mix them all cook for a while.

    Add half cup fresh cream. Later add Grated cheese. Cover pan with lid and let the yummy cheese melt. After 5 minutes open the lid and add kasoori method. Mix it well.

    Then add Diced cheese. sabji is almost done. Lets serve in Bowl.

    Garnish with some diced cheese then fresh creme then sprinkle some coriander leaves. Now Finally add lots of grated cheese. Yummy and delicious Cheese Angoori is ready.
