Ingredients

40 mins
2 servings
  1. 400 gpork sausages cut in half
  2. 2red onions
  3. 2apples of choice I used the windfalls
  4. 1 bunchsage
  5. 3 tbspsrapeseed oil
  6. 2 tbspshoney runny is best
  7. 2 tbspswhole grain mustard
  8. 1small bunch cherry tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

40 mins
  1. 1

    Pre heat the oven 180 c or 160 fan

  2. 2

    Now this is the joy, add the sausage half's onions, apples and tomato into a oven proof dish

  3. 3

    Whisk together the oil honey and mustard and then pour over the suasage mixture

  4. 4

    Now bang in the oven and wait 35-40 mins

  5. 5

    And enjoy I served with mash potato broccoli and green beans.

Veggie sausage can go a bit dry. I would but them in towards the end of cooking xx
