Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupsabodana/sago seeds
  2. 1/2 cupcorse rosted pea nuts powder
  3. 4green chillies
  4. 1 tspJeera/cumin seeds
  5. 1 tsplemon juice
  6. 1 tspsugar
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tspoil
  9. 2 tspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Wash sabudana till clear water,then soak with water for 15min. then remove water and cover keep it for4hours.

    Heat oil,ghee add jeera when crackles add chopped chillies saute for while add soaked sabudana corse peanut powder mix it well add salt and sugar and cover it,flame should be sim.

  3. 3

    After 5min. mix it well and check sabudana cooked,if not keep cover and cook for 5min. repeat the step till sabudana fully cooked.

    Add lemon juice mix it well and serve hot with curd.
