Ingredients

  1. 1 kgtomato
  2. 1/2 inchginger
  3. 6-7garlic cloves
  4. 1green chili
  5. 2medium aloo (potato)
  6. 1 tspDesi ghee
  7. 1/2 tspjeera
  8. as required Butter
  9. leavesAs Required chopped green coriander
  10. As per taste Salt
  11. 1/4 tspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Cut tomatoes,ginger,garlic,aloo,green chili.Take a cooker add chopped vegetables.Add 1 glass water,salt.Close lid and cook till two whistles and off the flame.Let it cool and open Blend with blender and strain the mixture.

    Tke a pan add Desi ghee add jeera and cracle it.Add tomato soup and boil for 10 to 15 mint and serve with chopped coriander leaves and butter.
