Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdesi ghee
  2. 1 cuppowdered sugar
  3. 1.5 cupmaida
  4. 1/2 cupbesan
  5. 1 tspcardamom powder
  6. as requiredmelon seeds

    First take ghee and sugar in a bowl. Beat them till it light.

    Now add maida and besan in it. Add cardamom powder. Mix it and make a dough.

    Make peas with this dough and place it on a baking tray.

    Now make plus sign+ on nankhatai and put some melon seeds on it. Bake them in the preheated microwave at 180 for 15-20 mins.

    Now take them out. They are ready to serve.
