Ingredients

  1. 1 cupjowar flour
  2. 2 tbsp.Green moong dal
  3. 1green chilli
  4. 1small capsicum
  5. 2 tbspgrated carrot
  6. 1Small onion
  7. 2-3 tbspcoriander
  8. 1 tspchopped ginger
  9. to taste Salt
  10. 1 cupbuttermilk
  11. 1 tspcumin pepper coarsly crushed
  12. 1/8 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1 tspghee
  14. as neededCoriander for garnishing
  15. As neededGarlic chutney Coconut chutney to serve

Cooking Instructions

    Wash n soak green splited moong dal. For 1 hour. N grind.

    Mix jowar atta n dal batter add salt all chopped vegetables. In a big bowl.

    Now add buttermilk n mix properly. Heat Appam patra grease with ghee n pour batter with spoon.Cover n Cook on mid slow flame. Turn another side n cook for 2-3min. Take out in a plate.

    Spread coconut chutney in a serving plate. Attach 2-3 paniyaram in a tooth pick n serve. In a plate garnish with garlic chilli chutney n coriander leaves.Yummy tasty healthy Paniyaram is ready to serve.
