Ingredients

1/2hour
3-4 servings
  1. 1.5 kgBeef qeema
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 1/4 kg(pao) Yoghurt
  4. 1Onion chopped medium
  5. leavesCoriander
  6. 1 tbspGreen chillies paste
  7. Lemon as per choice
  8. 1 tbspTikka masala (only for taste enhance)
  9. 1 tbsp Roasted &crushed coriander seeds
  10. 1 tspRoasted and crushed zeera
  11. 1 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspred chilli crushed (if required)
  13. Oil
  14. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Pour oil in a pan,add chopped onion,add g.g paste than bunoofy add qeema,fry for 2-3mins,add yoghurt,salt,and green chilli paste and cook till qeema will cooked.

    When its done add (roasted and crushed)zeera and coriander haldi and tikka masala and fry on high flame for 2 mins.

    Add lemon juice, coriander leaves.

    Seve with onions and raita.
