Ingredients

32 pieces
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1/4tspn salt
  4. Water
  5. Beef
  6. Cabbage
  7. Carrot
  8. Ginger and garlic paste
  9. Onions
  10. Little oil
  11. Seasonings and spices
  12. Blended peppers

Cooking Instructions

    Mix flour with salt and oil, add water gradually to make a dough. Make 8 balls from the dough.

    Roll each to make a disc size shape, brush oil on each, press/join 2-2 so that you make 4. Roll it again to make a larger size.

    Roast it on a heated pan on low flame for 30 seconds on both side. Divide into 4 equal parts and separate each part to make 8 sheets. Cover in air tight container.

    Cook the beef with salt, seasonings and spices, grind the cook beef, chop cabbage and grate carrots, heat little oil in a pan add onions, ginger/garlic paste add the blended peppers with onions, add cabbage and carrots season well and take off from heat add your grinded beef and mix well.

    Take your sheet place the filling and roll as seen in the picture (use flour+water as glue). Fry in hot oil.
