Ingredients

  1. 3Goose berries
  2. 1 cupRice
  3. 1 tbsp.Oil
  4. 1/4 tsp.Mustard seeds
  5. 2 tbsp.Peanuts
  6. 1 tbsp.Bengal gram
  7. 2 tbsp.Deshi Coriander
  8. 1/2 tsp."fresh turmeric
  9. 1/2 inchginger
  10. 3-4green chillies
  11. 1/4 tsp.Turmeric powder
  12. as per taste Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash chop n boil Goose berry. Wash n soak Bengal gram boil. Soak rice for 1/2 hr. And cook 80%. Allow it to cool.

    Now take boiled goose berry ginger chilli And fresh turmeric And deshi coriander in a mixie jar. N make a smooth paste.

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds. Peanuts Bengal gram And roast. Now add goose berry paste n saute for a min. Add rice n salt turmeric powder mix properly.Turn off flame. And serve.
