Ingredients

  2. 1 cupwhole sugar
  3. as required Elaichi
  4. as requiredKesar

Cooking Instructions

    Take medium size bottle gourd.

    Just Peel the skin by scraping with a knife.

  3. 3

    Grate the bottle gourd.

  4. 4

    Let transfer into the pan the grated bottle gourd

  5. 5

    Add about 1/ 2 liter milk.

  6. 6

    Add a few strands of Kesar and elaichi powder.

  7. 7

    Mix it well and cook it till all liquid getaway.

    I am using these sugar crystals to make halwa.

    Breaking it up and then grind it to make sugar powder.

    You can see liquid substance evaporated means halwa is ready. Now let add sugar

    Mix it well sugar and halwa.

    Our halwa is ready to serve with dry fruits.

  13. 13

    Can be served hot as well after cooling it down.
