Cooking Instructions

Take a bowl put it Gramgranulate or you can take channa and granulate in mixie by yourself, grated carrot and ginger,chilli garlic paste and add them in a bowl.

After adding carrot ginger garlic chilli now add all masala turmeric, jeera granulate,hing, garam masala granulate,kitchen king masala, cooking soda, amchur powder.

Now mix all the ingredients with one cup of water now add water slowly slowly as u need don't pour all water in one time slow pour it and mix them well.

After mix them add lemon if you want sour taste (In my family members they all like sour taste to much so i had added it.Is not required that if you put amchur powder then u had to add lemon also it is optional) now make a small size ball whatever shape u want you can see here i did round shape.

Put a pan on gas pour refined oil in it and fry the ball till it becomes golden brown colour, take it out serve on a plate then enjoy it with green chutney or Tomato ketcuup.
