Ingredients

  1. CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES;
  2. 1Egg
  3. 1/4 cupoil
  4. 1/2 cupCastor sugar
  5. 1/2 cuplight brown sugar
  6. 1/2 cupmilk
  7. 1/2 cuphot water
  8. 1 tspvanilla essence
  9. 1 cupAll-purpose flour
  10. 1/4 cupDark Cocoa Powder
  11. 1 tspbaking powder
  12. 1 tspbaking soda
  13. CREAM CHEESE FROSTING;
  14. 1 cupheavy cream
  15. 1/2 cupcream cheese
  16. 1/4 cupCastor sugar
  17. 1 tblschocolate ganache

Cooking Instructions

    In a large and clean bowl add Castor sugar, light brown sugar, milk, oil, egg and vanilla essence. Mix till light and change the colour. Next sift the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder baking soda and baking powder two times and mix. At last add hot water and mix well.

    Pour the cake mixture into CupCakes tray fill up ¾. Put in oven at 180° and for 35 to 40 minutes or till done.

    After the cupcakes baked let them cool completely.

    Best heavy cream, sugar, chocolate ganache and cream cheese till Soft peaks appeared. Pipe the cream cheese frosting on the cooled cupcakes and serve.
