Wash your fish and kepp aside to allow the water to drain bring ur grated tarugu garlic ginger and your spices seasonings mix them all then bring your fish and coat the mixture on it make sure to coat well so that every part will get it

Now leave it for atleast 1hour or more then set your fire and start grilling by turning side by side

Lastly i garnish with locum cabbage and tomatoes slice
