Boil rice with sabit garam masala and tez patta half lemon n javatri

Now take a pan add sabit garam masala cook for a minute add sliced onion 1 and brown it add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes add salt red chilli powder n bhuno well till tomatoes tender add meat and bhuno add enough water so the meat gets tender,now add crushed red chilli,green chillies sliced tomato and sliced ginger.

Now layer with 3/4 done rice and kewra colour mixture.add 2 tbsp green chilli achar if you want to give degi touch, give dum
