Ingredients

  1. Irish potatoes
  2. 1tspn of salt
  3. Grated scotchbonnet & onion
  4. Mixed spices
  5. Corn flour
  6. Flour
  7. Vegetable oil
  8. Coating
  9. 2large eggs
  10. cubeSeasoning
  11. Garlic & ginger powder
  12. Bread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, wash & slice the potato, add salt & water to cook until it becomes soft, add a little oil in a pan, grated onions & scotchbonnet, the cooked potato. Stir & fry for 3mins, pour in a mortar & grind it.

    Add corn flour & mix, rub white flour in your hands & roll as shown.

    Crack the eggs, add mixed spices & seasoning cube, beat & deep each finger in it followed by deeping in bread crumbs.

    Fry & enjoy.
