500 gmBeef cubes
1 tbspGinger garlic paste
1 tspSalt
1 tspRed chilli powder
1/2 tspRed chilli flakes
1 tspCoriander powder
1 tspCumin powder
1 tspGaram masala
1 largeOnion slices
3Tomatoes chopped
For yellow curry
2Garlic chopped
3Curry leaves
1/2 cupYogurt
2 tbspBesan
2 tbspCoconut powder
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspChicken powder
1 tspChilli flakes
1 tspTurmeric powder
2 cupsWater
For Garnish
Potato chips
Green chillies
Fresh coriander
Lemon juice
Chaat masala

Cooking Instructions

1. 5 hour

Boil the spaghetti as per packet instructions

In a pan heat oil 1/4 cup add onion slices cook until golden brown add meat and paste, saute a minute

Add tomatoes and spices, cook for more 5 minutes

Add 3 cups of water or as required, cook until beef tender

For curry: blend yogurt, besan, coconut powder, salt, chk.powder,chilli flakes.

Heat chopped garlic, curry leaves saute a minute

Add blended mixture, cook for 2 minutes

Add 2 cups of water and cook on medium heat until curry thicks
9

Enjoy with your favorite toppings
