Ingredients

  1. 2 cupswater
  2. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  3. 2whole peppercorns
  4. 1/2 inchginger
  5. 1/3 tspcarom seeds
  6. As requiredMint leaves washed and torn

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add water, cinnamon, whole peppercorns, cloves, and carom seeds. Put it to boil.

    Add grated ginger as the water starts to boil. Let the water boil.

  3. 3

    When water is boiled and reduced nearly to half quantity, add mint leaves and let it boil for another 5 minutes.

    Strain the liquid using a strainer and Serve it hot.
