Ingredients

  1. 1 cupMaida
  2. 1 cupCornflour
  3. 1 cupCabbage
  4. 1/2 cupCarrot
  5. 1/2 cupCapsicum
  6. For Sauce
  7. 1/2 cupSpring Onions
  8. 4-5 clovesGarlic
  9. as required Ginger 1/2 inch grated
  10. as requiredSoya sauce,red chilli sauce,salt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix Maida, cornflour,cabbage,carrot and capsicum and add salt and black pepper.

    Make a dough not too hard not too soft and make small balls.

  3. 3

    Fry these balls in a hot oil until it get golden brown.

  4. 4

    For sauce: Take a pan add some oil. In oil add garlic,ginger, spring onions and saute for 1 min.

    Add cabbage,carrot, capsicum and saute for 1 min

  6. 6

    Add chings Manchurian masala in water and mix this with veggies.
