Fried nduma with beef and potato served. with spinach

Ingredients

  1. 4arrow roots (nduma)
  2. 1/2 kgbeef meat
  3. potatoes 4 medium sized
  4. spinach
  5. 2bulb onions
  6. 3tomatoes
  7. 2bulb garlic
  8. cooking oil
  9. dhania
  10. spices cumin seed powder cardamon cinmamon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel arrow root and cut into small. cubes

  2. 2

    Peel potatoes

  3. 3

    Chop onions tomatoes and dhania

  4. 4

    Boil meat for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Boil arrow roots in a pot for 10 minutes

  6. 6

    Fry onions till they turn brown
    add garlic and spices.
    Allow to.cook for 3 minutes

    Add meat and potatoes allow.to cook for 5 minutes

  8. 8

    Add tomatoes and dhania and salt
    stir.
    then.cover for.3 minutes

  9. 9

    Add your boiled arrow roots stir and allow to cook for 5 minutes..

  10. 10

    Cook spinach and serve with arrow roots while hot
