Ugali served with fried spinach mixed with beef meat
Cooking Instructions

Cut the kales in desireable size
- 2
Cut meat into small cubes

Peel and slice the onion
- 4
Heat the saucepan and add cooking oil to heat
- 5
Fry the onion for about 1minute
- 6
Put the meat and cook for 10-15 minutes for it to soften and tender and season the food with salt.

Put the kales and cover for 5 minutes
- 8
Bring water to boil and put flour and cook ugali for 10 minutes
- 9
Serve when still hot and enjoy
- 10
