In a pot of boiling water add 2cups of rice and cook for 5mins. Rinse it and set aside.Heat the pot and pour water add all the spices and the seasoning cubes, salt to taste and cover to boil, turn the washed rice and cook. Heat your pot fry the oil with onions and add the peppers and spring onion then small water cook for 3mins.pour the cooked rice and cover to steam up for 2mins and lastly the green pepper will go in.
