Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoonssoy sauce
  2. 1 tablespoonsesame oil (optional)
  3. 1/2 teaspoonginger powder
  4. 1/4 teaspoonwhite pepper
  5. 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  6. 2 tablespoonspineapple
  7. 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  8. 1onion, diced
  9. 2carrots, peeled and grated
  10. 1/2 cupfrozen corn
  11. 1/2 cupfrozen peas
  12. 3 cupscooked rice
  13. 2 cupsdiced pineapple, canned or fresh
  14. 2onions, sliced

Cooking Instructions

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger powder and white pepper; set aside

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion to the skillet, and cook, stirring often, until onions have become translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in carrots, corn and peas, and cook, stirring constantly, until vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes

    Stir in rice, pineapple,, onions and soy sauce mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until heated through, about 2 minutes.
    Serve immediately
