Gulab pak is a sweet from Kutch region of Gujarat in India. As the name says, it's key Ingredients are rose(Gulab) and milk. Mava/khoya is also used in it's preparation. In fact, using mava, makes making process easy and quick.

Cooking Instructions

Heat ghee in non stick pan and saute khoya till aroma arises.

Then add rose petals, sugar and mix well. Cook for more few minutes, add almonds and cardamom powder. Mix and turn off the heat.

Transfer it in greased plate and press it to make surface even. Let it cool down.
- 4
Cut it in the desired shape.
- 5
Can add pink food colour if you wish.
