Ingredients

  1. 1Cauliflower
  2. 10Carrot-
  3. 1/2kgPotatoes -
  4. 3-4glassWater-
  5. as per taste Salt
  6. as required Paste of onion,tomatoes(onion-6 if small,tomatoes-7-8)
  7. 2 spoonsCooking oil
  8. 1/2 packetTata sampann pav bhaji masala-
  9. as per tasteSalt,green chillies
  10. 2-3Finely chopped onions-,
  11. as required coriander leaves
  12. as required Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Boil all the vegetables

  2. 2

    Wen it cools down mash it.keep etc vegetable stock in a separate container

  3. 3

    In a kadhai put oil add onion,tomatoes,green chillies paster

  4. 4

    Green chillies as per taste

  5. 5

    Now cook masala till it becomes golden brown

  6. 6

    Now add salt,pav bhaji masala,ginger garlic paste one by one

  7. 7

    Cook it till it gets mixed.add 2-3 lemon juice in it

  8. 8

    Toast de atta buns

  9. 9

    Now garnish it with butter,finely chopped coriander leaves,finely chopped onions

  10. 10

    Tips:1- you can use vegetable stock while kneading atta for chapatis
    2-olways use atta buns with no gluten n preservatives free
