Boil all the vegetables

Wen it cools down mash it.keep etc vegetable stock in a separate container

In a kadhai put oil add onion,tomatoes,green chillies paster

Green chillies as per taste

Now cook masala till it becomes golden brown

Now add salt,pav bhaji masala,ginger garlic paste one by one

Cook it till it gets mixed.add 2-3 lemon juice in it

Toast de atta buns

Now garnish it with butter,finely chopped coriander leaves,finely chopped onions

Tips:1- you can use vegetable stock while kneading atta for chapatis
2-olways use atta buns with no gluten n preservatives free
