Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsVeg Hakka Noodles
  2. 150 gmschicken boneless cubes
  3. 1/2capsicum sliced
  4. 1/2red bell pepper sliced
  5. 8-10green beans chopped
  6. 1carrot sliced
  7. 1/4 cup cabbage shredded
  8. 2 sprigsspring onions chopped
  9. 5-6 clovesgarlic minced
  10. 1onion thinly sliced
  11. 3 tbsprefined oil
  12. 1 tbspvinegar
  13. 2 tspsoya sauce
  14. 2 tspgreen chilli sauce
  15. 1 tbsphot and sweet tomato sauce
  16. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  17. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  18. 1/4 tsp ajinomoto
  19. 2green chillies chopped (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken into small cubes and marinate with 1/4 th tsp red chilli powder,vinegar,1/4 th tsp salt,1/2 tsp garlic paste and 1 tsp soya sauce. Set aside for half hour.Meanwhile chop vegetables.Heat oil in a wok and sprinkle minced garlic. Fry till light brown. Add sliced onion and spring onion whites.Toss and add mixed vegetables. Stir fry with 1/2 tsp salt,black pepper and ajinomoto.Add soya sauce,green chilli sauce and tomato sauce.Saute and set aside.In a separate pan fry the cubed chicken.

    Fry chicken till golden brown and well cooked. Mix it with sautéed vegetables. Boil water in a pan with 1/2 tsp salt. Add the noodles and boil till just cooked or al dente.Strain water and smear 1 tsp oil to prevent sticking.Mix with the vegetables and chicken and saute for 2 minutes.

    Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot as it is or with Chilli Chicken, Chilli Garlic Prawns,Chilli Paneer or any other Chinese veg or non veg dish.
