Ingredients

  1. 250 gm cauliflower
  2. 100 gmsgreen peas
  3. 4-5potatoes
  4. 3capsicum
  5. 250 gmsbeetroot
  6. 4-5tomatoes
  7. 2-3 tbsp(ginger, garlic and green chillies)
  8. 4-5onions
  9. 1 tsphaldi
  10. 2 tspkashimiri red chilli powder
  11. 3-4pav bhaji masala
  12. 2-3 tbspbutter
  13. 2 tbspoil
  14. 1 cupfinely chopped onions
  15. 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  16. 1lemon juice
  17. as required Pav roasted in butter

Cooking Instructions

    Wash, clean and chop the veggies.

    In a cooker, boil cauliflower, potatoes, green peas, capsicum and beetroot.

    In a kadai add butter and oil, saute the onions, g3 paste. Then add tomatoes. Add salt.

    Open the cooker, smash the veggies with the potatoes smasher.

  5. 5

    In the kadai add the dry masalas. Add the snashed veggies. Add little water if required.

    Cover and cook till everything mixes well.

    On a tawa, add butter and roast the pav.

  8. 8

    Serve with buttered pav, onions garnished with coriander leaves and lemon juice with a dollop of butter.
