Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupyellow mung dal
  2. 1/4 cupgreen mung dal
  3. 1/4 cupmasoor dal
  4. 1/4 cuptuver dal
  5. 1/4 cupurad dal
  6. 3 tspginger chilli paste
  7. 1 tspturmeric
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tsp asafoetida
  10. 3 tspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak all lentils together over night or 5 -6 hours. Grind it in mixer jar to smooth texture.

    Add turmeric, ginger chilli paste, salt, asafoitida in dosa batter. Also add water as per required consistency.

    Heat tawa on gas. Grease some oil on it & pour tha dosa batter. Make crispy dosa.

    Serve dosa with chutney
