Ingredients

  1. 2onions
  2. 1chopped tomato
  3. 3-4green chillies, chopped
  4. as required cooking oil
  5. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tspRed chilli Powder
  7. 1 tspGaram masala
  8. 1 1/2 tspDhaniya powder
  9. as per taste Salt
  10. 5-6 pcsbread slices
  11. 1 cupwater
  12. as required Coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    First, put the oil in the kadhai. heat it.

    Then add chopped onions to it and saute well. then add chopped tomatoes and green chili.

    Once they are well cooked then add salt and all the masalas and leave it for 5-7 mins on medium to low flame.

    After that add 1 cup of water to it and let it boil.

    Now cut the bread pcs into smaller squares and add them to the kadhai.

    Mix it well and then add some chopped coriander for garnishing.

    And your bread poha is ready to eat. Serve it hot.
