Take a big fry pan and put mustard oil in it. Now put asafoetida and heat it dissolve properly. Now add fenugreek seeds in that fry pan. Heat it till it's color becomes little brown.

Now put cut pieces of pumpkin in that fry pan and mix it well. Now put salt, red chilli powder and Cumin seed powder in the fry pan. Mix it well. Now add sugar in it and mix it properly.

Now add water in pan and cover the lid. Heat it at high flame for 30 mins. Stir it properly. Pumpkin Sabzi ready.
