  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1 cupdal
  3. as per taste Salt
  4. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder(as per your taste)
  6. 1onion chopped
  7. 1tomato
  8. 1 tbspdesi ghee
  9. 1/2 tspheeng
  10. 1 tspjeera

Cooking Instructions

    Soak dal for 10 minutes and drain the water. Take one cooker add daal with salt, water, haldi and chopped tomatoes. Pressure cook for 3 vessel and put the flame off.

    Take one pan heat desi ghee add jeera, Hing,onion and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add red chilli and put the flame off. Pour the mixture into daal. Serve With hot rice and mix pickle and salad.

    Cook the rice according to your choice and serve rice with dal arhar.
