Cooking Instructions

Add 2 tablespoon oil or butter then add garlic and onion saute for 5 minutes.

Add Tomato when masalas leave the oil add all dry ingredients and cover it for 5 minutes.

Then add boiled potatoes and mix it properly.

Then take a pan add butter /oil then add chopped garlic, onion pav bhaji masala Kashmiri red chili powder a little bit of water and boiled come up then ab pav bhaji make on that and boiled for 2 minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves and butter.

Put half a teaspoon of lemon juice and mixed it.

Now serve with pav.
