  1. 250 gmgreen beans
  2. 1big potato cut into small pieces
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1onion
  5. 1 teaspoonginger and garlic paste
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1 teaspoonoil
  8. 1/2 teaspoonred chili powder
  9. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  10. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  11. as per taste salt
  12. 1/2 teaspoonamchoor powder
  13. 1/4 teaspoongaram masala

    Clean, wash and chopped the green beans into half inch pieces. Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add cumin seeds saute when they splattered add onion.and saute 2-3 minutes.

    When onion turn translucent add tomato and some salt.cook for 1 minute.add green beans and potato.saute 4-5 minutes.add powder spices.mix well cook for a minute.

    Add little water cover and cooked for 2 whistle on medium flame.release the pressure naturally. Then open the cooker cook the vegetablr for 2 minutes on high flame.turn off the flame. Serve it with roti or paratha.
