This dhokli nu shake is a famous traditional recipe of saurastra region known as kathiyawad, Gujarat.
Cooking Instructions

To prepare dokli, take a mixing bowl add besan, masala,salt and add water to make running consistency batter.

Put this in a non-stick pan and stir continuously till it became thick. Now grease a thali and spread this batter in it. Let it cool down then cut in small pieces.

Keep all masalas ready and dilute them in water so they do not burn. Prepare buttermilk from curd.

Now heat a kadai, add oil and add mustard+cumin seeds and hing. Add green chilli and curry leaves. Along with masalas and mix it well.

Now add buttermilk and water as required. stir it continuously till it comes to boil. Then add prepared dhokli and let it simmer.

Now our dokli nu shake is ready so finally add fresh coriander leaves and garam masala. Serve it hot with roti, paratha or rice.
